Please know that when you walk into my studio or my treatment room, I will ensure you feel comfortable, pampered and relaxed in all the services offered. I have been an Esthetician and wax specialist since 2007. That's a lot of Bikinis and Brazilians! I love being able to combine my love for people, with my love for waxing - as well as my passion for the product lines we carry at Mode. If you have any doubts about waxing, please schedule with me and I will ensure you have the most positive experience possible. This business is my PASSION.
10 years ago M O D E was just a dream. Now, it's a reality! I never imagined owning a waxing salon and then growing into a full hair salon.
I also never imagined how impactful our small Mode business could be to our Spokane and North Idaho community and team of stylists and estheticians currently on staff.
I am passionate to making a difference. I am humbled that my team puts their trust in me every day. Cheers to years to come and I look forward to meeting you.

Allison is from Durango, Colorado but thankfully settled in Spokane where she joined the Mode family. She graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2012 and has over a decade of combined experience in cosmetology, customer service and management. Allison loves building meaningful relationships with guest making sure each and every experience in the chair is positive and exceptional. When she is not in the salon, Allison enjoys spending time with family, reading, and travel.

Hi! I’m Courtney, lead esthetician at Mode!
Lover of esthetics and passionate about waxing. I’ve been in the beauty industry for 10 years, and I couldn’t have picked a better career for myself. I specialize in Brazilian waxing & eyebrows, but I also provide airbrush spray tanning, brow tints and threading.

Morgan is a Licensed Esthetician who is extremely passionate about her work and her clients. She specializes in body waxing services and performing relaxing restorative facials that are results driven. She also has a love for lash lifts and tinting. If you are suffering from ingrown hairs, issues with waxing, skincare concerns such as acne or skin allergies, Morgan should definitely be your go to gal. Her knowledge of product is incredible.

Hi My name is Maggie and I am Mode's jack of all trade's Esthetician. I specialize in full body waxing for both men and women but also offer a wide array of services including intimate lightening, brow laminations, dermaplaning and much more. My goal is to make you as comfortable as possible with my welcoming personality and fun energy! I preach body positivity and want every guest to leave the treatment room with a new found confidence and self love.
I am a North Idaho native and Canadian citizen. In my spare time I am passionate about my rare plant collection, attending festivals and backpacking around the Northwest.

Ashleigh (pronounced ash-lay) is one of the sweetest humans we know! She is an advocate for neurodiversity, civil rights, equality, and being a nice human. This kindness works well when it comes to her specialty Brazilian waxing. It's her goal to make each one of her clients feel welcome and accepted. She also specializes in Brow Lamination! We hope each of her clients look and feel their best when they leave her treatment room. In addition to being a Licensed Esthetician, Ashleigh has a background as a holistic health coach and as a Make-up Artist. Abbey has been a hairstylist {and lash artist} for 4 years and she has loved every minute of it. She is native to Idaho but spent the last few years in Bremerton, Washington with her husband and baby while her husband was fulfilling his naval contract.

Here are the three reasons she loves most about being a hair stylist:
1. She gets to be creative. Hair color is like magic to her and no two formulas of hers are identical. She loves custom creating a blend for each and every guest and that's what keeps her career exciting.
2. She enjoys making connections with the women in her community. She is a busy mom, so she gets it. It's hard for moms to feel 100% each and every day. But she makes it her mission to have all of her guests walk out feeling like they can conquer the or North Idaho with the skills to maintain their look at home and that brings her so much joy.
3. She truly believes that some of the women who have sat in her chair are the best clients on the planet. She feels lucky to walk in and out of work each day smiling.
When Abbey isn't in the salon, you will find her chasing around her 10 month old who just taking those first steps. She also adores playing with her 3 dogs.
Abbey is talented with every aspect of cutting and color, but her favorite service is creating the perfect blonde.

Meet Harlie! She specializes in Lived in color and has a passion for all shades of blondes and brondes and balayage. Harlie also loves bridal hairstyling and making brides feel beautiful. Passion for the bridal industry is what made her decide to become a stylist! She is certified in tape in extensions for those needing to add a little length. When Harlie is not busy at the salon, you will find her outside. Her hobbies include: Fishing, archery, hiking and camping up north in Omak where she grew up.

I have a passion for this industry and the endless opportunities it offers. I have a fierce desire to change the narrative of the saying we all hear, “I’m scared to get waxed,” by creating a comfortable environment with my knowledge and skills so clients leave feeling confident in their own skin and can’t wait for their next appointment! This is Alley. Like you all, she has many job titles. She has been an Esthetician since 2014. She is a Lash Extension specialist, certified by one of the best lash companies around, an expert in the art of full body speed waxing, and delivers results-driven skincare. After attending a very well known Esthetics school called Pure Aesthetics Natural Skincare in Tucson, Arizona 🌵 she moved back to Spokane and has since been spending time perfecting her craft.
When Alley isn't in her room lashing away, you will find her walking on the local trails with her Huskies 🐶 and spending time with her family.
Being an Esthetician must be part of her DNA because she is truly the happiest when she is at the salon working with her guests. No tow guests are the same and she takes pride in taking the time to connect with each and every person she meets. Her truest passion is making her clients feel warm and always welcomed.
Her goal is to help women feel most beautiful from inside, out, whether she is putting on lashes, waxing or helping them achieve their skin care goals.

My name is Hannah. I am originally from Spokane Valley but just moved back to Spokane from spending a couple years in Florida with my family. Here I am back home in Spokane where I get to enjoy all 4 seasons!
I've been a Hairstylist since 2020.
I've always had a touch of OCD - hair coloring and cutting are my favorite outlet for channeling it.
I'm obsessed with making everything I touch pretty! More than that, I love making women feel beautiful and confident by bringing out their natural beauty with a great color and the perfect cut, and making their everyday routine quicker and easier!

Hi, I'm Kyra!
I consider myself an artist and hair is one of my favorite mediums! I've been drawing and painting since I was a child, so when I started painting on hair I instantly fell in love. My education is in fashion and art as well as cosmetology. I strive to create a beautiful, unique, one of a kind master piece every single time, with your hair as my canvas.
I first started in the hair industry in 2019 when I took a leap of faith to quit my career in fashion and start a new adventure. Thankfully, I am so happy with my decision because my love and passion for hair is infectious. I am always seeking continuous education, to ensure I am bringing you premier styles, techniques, applications and with the best products to create luxe healthy hair that will grow out seamlessly and effortlessly.
When I'm not fine tuning and practicing my craft behind the chair, you can usually catch me in a yoga flow, camping with my husband and kids or kayaking on the lake. I strive to enjoy the simple things in life like a mushroom on the ground, a good hardcover book and some bomb ass hair!
